Angelo’s Cafe & Restaurant Kuantan is the resident cafe & restaurant at the main lobby of the newly refurbished Grand Darul Makmur Hotel in Kuantan. The event space is one of three dining options at the 204 room hotel and is popular for its fusion of Western, Mediterranean and local selections including a wide range of pizzas with traditional or local flavour toppings. Favourites on the menu include Spaghetti Vongole, Grilled Sirloin Steak with an accompanying alcohol-free red wine and meaty Angelo’s Cafe & Restaurant Kuantan’s Chicken Chop. Pizza wise there are close to a dozen types available, with the Hawaiian Pizza being the chef’s recommendation. Their pastry section offers delicious cake creation and traditional high tea. On weekdays drop by to savour their Malay set lunch and Western set dinner. Room service is available for hotel guests.
